How to update your iPhone or iPad to iOS 8 over-the-air
Before beginning, please note that directly install iOS 8 on iPhone/iPad requires over 5GB space,be sure you have enough space to update. or you 'd better update iOS 8 via iTunes which doesn't have the large space requirement. And you'll also need to make sure your device is supported. These are the iPhone and iPad models capable of running iOS 8:

- iPod touch 5th generation
- Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap on General.
- Tap on Software Update.
